Max is getting less babyish as the days go by. Part of me feels sad about this, but the bigger part of me is loving every second! I am so excited to watch him grow and change. Recent developments include him trying to climb, wanting to run around, 'talking' all the time, understanding me when i talk to him (eg he knows what books, naps, walks, dancing, kisses, lunch, dinner, bath, row the boat, pat the dog and bed mean - just to name a few!!!). Max's Auntie Julie came to visit this weekend and she took some great pics, and here they are.
Max looking very cheeky next to his early birthday present from Auntie Julie!
Max and Daddy sporting similar expressions!
I love this picture - 2 of the most wonderful men in the world!
This pic is for all my American readers! (we ate lunch at a cute American style Diner, complete with Statue of Liberty!)
Great face, check out his bruised head, poor thing, is always falling over.

He's just so darn cute. I have to confess, as one of those "American" readers, I prefer the baby to the statue! Can't wait to shower him with hugs and kisses in a few months. I wouldn't care if I lost the next two months of my life if you guys could be here tomorrow. Love ya xxxxxxxxx
I love his cheeks - what an adorable little guy! And what, pray tell, was on the menu at this "American" restaurant???
Well, all sorts really, burgers, salads, hot dogs - having been to America I really don't think there is any such food as 'american' - I think it was an American Diner because of the decor - license plates, bar stools, photos of famous american people, and of course the statue of liberty. Good fun!
